M/V Sky 1 refused access to the Paris MoU region

On 3th October 2014 the  M/V “SKY 1" with IMO number P140034 was detained in Lefkada anchorage (Greece) and left on 4th October 2014 without complying with the conditions determined by Igoumenitsa Port State Control.

 

The ship flies the flag of Panama, which is white on the current Paris MoU WGB list. The ship will be refused further access to any port and anchorages in the Paris MoU region, except a port of the ship's flag State, until the vessel fully complies with all applicable requirements of the conventions.
